Rules of Play
At Urban Dunes, we strive to create a safe, fun, and clean environment where children can explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, we ask that parents, guardians, and children follow a few simple rules.
Ages 9 and under
Only children 9 years old and under are allowed in the sandbox play areas.
Sign the waiver
Adults must sign a liability waiver to enter. We recommend filling it out before your arrival. The waiver only needs to be signed once.
Stay with your child
Parents and guardians must always remain on-site and are responsible for their children. Urban Dunes employees are not responsible for any child visiting.
No shoes in the sand
Shoes are not permitted in the sandboxes.
Food stays out
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the sandboxes and may only be consumed in the designated eating area.
Leave outside toys in the cubby
Outside toys are not allowed in the sandboxes. If your child brings one in, we will ask that it be stored in a cubby.
Sand stays in the sandbox
No throwing sand. Sand and toys must remain inside the sandboxes at all times.
Play gently
Running, screaming, climbing, grabbing, or wrestling are not allowed.
Keep track of your things
Urban Dunes is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.

One adult per family signs once, and you’re ready to play.
