This website is operated by Urban Dunes LLC, 122 East 91st Street, New York, NY 10128 (“Urban Dunes”, “we”, “us”). “You” means anyone who visits or uses the website. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the website.

2. Bookings, memberships and parties

When you book open play, buy a membership or a play pack, or book a party, class, camp or field trip, you complete the purchase on pages run by ROLLER, our booking provider. The prices, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms shown to you at checkout, and in your confirmation, apply to that purchase.

Prices, schedules, class line-ups and availability on this website can change, and may occasionally contain mistakes. If there’s a difference between this website and your booking confirmation, the confirmation applies. We may correct errors in prices or availability, and we’ll contact you if a correction affects your booking. You must be 18 or older to make a booking.

3. Visiting Urban Dunes

Before entering the play space, an adult must sign our liability waiver (it only needs to be signed once). Every visitor must follow our Rules of Play, and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who stays on-site and is responsible for them.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, our team may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who doesn’t follow the rules.

4. Using our website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• send false information, spam, or anything harmful through our forms;
• try to access parts of the website or our systems that aren’t meant for you, or interfere with how the website works;
• copy or collect content from the website with automated tools.

5. Our content and brand

The Urban Dunes name, logo, photos, videos, text and design on this website belong to Urban Dunes or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view and share links to our pages for personal use. Please don’t copy, edit, sell or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.

6. Links to other services

Our website links to services we don’t control, such as ROLLER, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.

7. Website provided as is

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We can’t promise it will always be error-free, up to date or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Urban Dunes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, or from your inability to use it. This section applies to the website only. Your visits to our venue are covered by your signed waiver and by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them or about the website will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
